The main difference Microsoft going to make is that in the new operating system there will be touch and moving gestures performance ability. Microsoft will try to beat the iPhone abilities. There will be camera on the phone that will detect your movements and perform applied actions.

Windows Mobile 7 will have really cool locking screen. You will be able to draw on it, shake it, and mess with it.

The design will be greatly improved too. It will have Vista look and two bottom buttons will remind us of the newest Windows Media Player buttons.
